About Me

I am an entrepreneur, on a mission to solve india's unemployment crisis. I founded OpEx in 2016 with the goal of bringing together the India's top entrepreneurs, Industry experts, trainers & influncers under one platform, to educate, impact and facilitate students about startup & skill development. Under the OpEx umbrella, we have launched a variety of learning programs and platforms that have helped more than a lakh students and professionals around the country who experience personal transformation through their career. From our award-winning CiREE platform, to our engaging master classes, there is something for everyone at OpEx.

Most recently, we received a prestigious global recognision from Embassy of Croatia and Government of India as we ranked #01 amongst 306 startups from India & Croatia. I am constantly traveling around the country, meeting brilliant minds, speaking at conferences and events, and filming content you can find online. My Story

I am a Healthcare professional who did my Post-graduation in Pharmacy and MBA in HR & Marketing. I spent few years in US based leading Pharma Industry working in Technology Transfer. Because I wanted to start something of my own, I then happily dropped out Ph.D. and pursued MBA to begin entrepreneurial journey. In 2015, I was a part of Infosys Foundation’s Global Business Foundation Skills Program, which was a turning point to kick-start my own startup, named as OpEx –Operational Excellence in 2016. For my initiative to promote Make-In-India, I got recognition from Prime Minister’s Office. With my bootstrapped StartUp, I could manage to impact more than 1,00,000 students & professionals for StartUp & Skill Development in 6 years.

I considered COVID Crisis as an opportunity & started one more StartUp- CiREE in just 18 months of pandemic. I integrated technology, expertise in Skill Development & network in the Industry to build India's First Pharma Edutainment OTT Platform for Skills, Jobs & Entrepreneurship. CiREE is a Winner at 'India-Croatia StartUp Challenge 2022' as a part of Government of India, Invest India Federation & Indian Embassy at Croatia. For CiREE, I hold Number #01 in India, amongst 306 StartUps from India & Croatia. CiREE has won prizes & rewards worth of $12,000 from Government of India and Corporate Partners.

Both my companies, OpEx and CiREE have a common vision to Solve India’s Unemployment Crisis through balancing Job Creators and Job Seekers.

My Companies

Because I wanted to explore my career as a trainer, I quit the job and started my first company in 2016. Being a first generation entrepreneur, I successfully failed many a times & ensured not to repeat the same mistake again in business. During failures, the only thing which I could earn was a 'People Network'. During COVID crises, I could identify opportunities & started few more companies by keeping the same vision.
